Our refund policy applies to:
- Pro Plan purchases made within the last 14 days
- Requests submitted via email to support@pixelntools.com
The Free Plan does not require a refund as there is no payment involved.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Send an email to support@pixelntools.com
- Include the email address associated with your PixelNTools account
- Include your PayPal transaction ID (optional, but helps speed up processing)
You do not need to provide a reason for your refund request within the 14-day window.
3. Refund Processing
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal)
- Account Status: Upon refund, your account will be downgraded to the Free Plan
4. After the 14-Day Window
After the 14-day money-back guarantee period, refunds are generally not available. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Service unavailability for extended periods due to issues on our end
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
